LUCK on HBO
HBO has announced a new horse racing TV series that will be launched in December after the season finalle of Boardwalk Empire. Luck will feature a star studded cast of Dustin Hoffman, Nick Nolte and director Michael Mann. The plot is based around the daily life of horse racing fans, owners, jockeys and the politics, drama and passion behind horse racing.
The show was originally scheduled to premiere in January but HBO executives have recieved such positive feedback that it has not only knocked Treme off the station, but it has been pushed forward for an earlier release date.
